What We've Been Up To

Our Director represented the ITRC at the AIR Programs 29th Annual Awards Banquet. This was an opportunity to meet amazing Native youth and their families - including some seniors whose top college of choice is UC San Diego!

American Indian Recruitment (AIR) Programs is a non-profit organization in response to low educational attainment among Native youth. AIR Programs serves the San Diego Native American community through after-school mentoring programs that promote success of American Indians within education. Learn more about AIR Programs here.

Cheron, ITRC's Graduate Community Intern, at one of the ITRC's De-Stress Midterm Refuel events! Cheron and Melanie, ITRC's Student Assistant, held 2 Midterm Refuel events, a Study Jam last Monday, 10/24, and a Watercolor Painting session last Wednesday, 10/26. Look out for a Finals Refuel event later this month!
