News to Know

Attention: Spoerl Park Pickleball players and Veteran Acres Tennis players

Pickleball nets at Spoerl will be removed for the season on Mon, Nov 7.

We understand that there will be unseasonably high temperatures that week. Unfortunately, the company that we use to take down/put up nets is in high demand with an extremely tight schedule and pushing back the date is not an option. Patrons are welcome to bring their own nets and continue to play. Additionally, tennis nets and windscreens at Veteran Acres will be removed for the season on Nov 7.

Check out indoor Pickleball and Tennis play options at the Crystal Lake Park District Racket Club: Drop In Pickleball, Pickleball & Tennis Tournaments, Tennis Lessons and Leagues.

Construction of the Main Beach Pavilion full service bar and renovation of the foyer and bridal area begin November 1, 2022 through March 2023. We will be ready to serve you in April 2023.

We are still taking appointments to view Main Beach Pavilion as the construction does not affect the banquet space. Email Lauren Thibodeau for your private tour.
