A Delicious End to Hispanic Heritage Month:

Chocolates of the Americas

As Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations wind down, the Coastline Dolphin family had a chance to come together and taste the untamed rainforest during the Chocolates of the Americas event at the Fountain Valley Student Services Center held Tuesday, October 8th. Hosted by Student Equity, the event was an exploration of the history and significance of the cacao plant within various Hispanic cultures. Folks who attended had the chance to learn how to really taste the nuances between single-farm chocolates while discussing the process of how chocolate is made. Thank you Student Equity for such a "sweet" event!
