Use less water this winter to save on future bills
Wastewater averaging is how the City determines how much you will be charged for wastewater for the next year. Since there are no meters on the wastewater lines leaving your property, the City averages your water use from November through February to determine what your home or business will be billed.

Operation Front Porch returns for 2022 holidays
Let the police be your front porch this holiday season to avoid package theft. Ensure secure delivery of your packages by shipping them to the Round Rock Police Department. You can then pick them up from the Police Department and have one less thing to worry about. Packages will be accepted from Nov. 7 through Dec. 21.

Architect engaged for current library remodel
Round Rock City Council approved an agreement last week to begin renovation plans for the current home of the Round Rock Public Library, located at 216 E. Main Street, in anticipation of the Library’s move to its new location. The future programming for the building is expected to include an Arts and Culture space, the Round Rock Visitors Center and the Round Rock Chamber.

Conservation program receives national award
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recognized City of Round Rock with a 2022 WaterSense Partner of the Year Award for helping its customers save water. The City's programs include conservation rebates for WaterSense-labeled irrigation products and bathroom fixtures. The City also developed a toolkit that includes WaterSense products and other helpful tools to save water.
