IT'S SPRING TIME!

Spring has sprung at Silver Threads & Golden Needles and we have a new summer sweater to prove it. Look at the colors in this sweater, Alpine Bloom, made by Barb Carroll. She used Emma’s Practically Perfect Sock and Zauberball.

APRIL IS ALL ABOUT SOCKS!

Love to make socks? Want to learn how to make socks? Then this month is for you! We are offering classes for beginners and experienced sock knitters.

We are also going to have a Sock Share-Along on Thursday, April 25^th, during Knit Night. Wear and/or bring your hand knit socks to Knit Night. Let’s see who has knitted the most pairs of socks.

Need help with a project? Dropped a stitch or having problems with a complicated lace project? We can help with that. Here is our store policy on helping customers:



• If you have a knitted or crocheted problem that will only take 15 minutes or less, please call first to make sure one our staff members can help. It is not always possible for us to help on a drop-in basis.
• If your knitting or crochet problem will take more than 15 minutes, please call us at 828-349-0515 to make an appointment with one of us.

Appointments/lessons can be booked for $25.00 an hour.
