By doing this, you help in accurate reporting at the end of the year. You can even sign-in through the text message on your way to church or while waiting for worship to begin.

PLEASE NOTE:

Until further notice, Worship Services will be held in the Fellowship Hall. Please enter from the TWO BACK DOORS (closest to the kitchen).

Barb's Medical Minute

Which is healthier…an Energy Bar or a Dark Chocolate Bar? Many energy bars are junk food in disguise. Especially the ones that have a long list of ingredients and are highly processed. In that case, Chocolate wins!! YEA!! If the bar is at least 70% cacao, you’re getting antioxidants called flavanols. Go ahead and enjoy a few squares if you're good and have willpower, or if you’re me, the whole bar. That being said, some energy bars are okay. Look for few ingredients, low sugar, and at least 3 grams of fiber from nuts, fruit, and oats. YUM.

Nancy Bollers, Francis Ferguson, Karen Koblenz, Britney Nelson (granddaughter of Bob & Ausma Mursch), Kristina Smith (daughter-in-law of Teri & Roy Smith), Lore Smith.

Prayers are offered for friends and family of Kathy Anderson at the death of her sister, Ruth Thompson.

Prayers are also offered for the friends and family of Jim and Linda Renz at the death of their son, Dr. Paul James Renz.
