Jillian Climie

Co-Founder, The Thoughtful Co.


Jillian Climie, Co-Founder of The Thoughtful Co, has spent her career advising and leading teams in executive compensation and corporate governance, both as a consultant, and in-house at two global retailers. Most recently at Lululemon, she led the global equity compensation and executive compensation programs. After taking a pause, she realized she wanted more of three things in her professional life: thoroughness, passion and freedom. She Co-Founded The Thoughtful Co so she can leverage her niche and technical experience, coupled with her passion for gender equity, to empower women to get paid what they deserve.


Vivian Fraga Spies, CFA

Goldman Sachs


Vivian is an investment advisor in the Consumer and Wealth Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where she works with wealthy individuals, family offices and non-profit organizations. Vivian joined Goldman Sachs in 2015. She graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a BS in International Economics and a honors certificate from the Landegger Program in International Business Diplomacy. Vivian also speaks Spanish fluently. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Vivian acts as a coach and mentor for the Goldman Sachs HBCU Possibilities Summit Market Madness Program. She also serves on the board of STEM for Her, a nonprofit dedicated to serving women and girls interested in STEM careers, and is a member of the 100 Women in Finance US Impact and Washington, DC Early Career Committees.


Sanjana Vasisht

Nicola Wealth


Sanjana Vasisht joined Nicola Wealth in 2021, helping to operationalize and execute on firmwide strategic growth initiatives and new business divisions. Prior to joining Nicola, Sanjana worked a boutique Toronto-based hedge fund in a cross-functional role, managing investor relationships and operations. She has been an active member of the Toronto chapter of 100 Women in Finance since 2018 and has co-chaired the Early Career committee since 2020. Sanjana obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2018.
