Work is still progressing on the gym. This is that stage of construction in which it seems as if nothing is getting done very quickly, and the progress seems to be in direct opposition to the excitement of occupying a completed new structure. Everyone who has ever built a new house or business knows what I am talking about. However, with patience, we will be enjoying the benefits of this new multi-purpose facility before you know it!
With all of that said, WE WILL HAVE A COMBINED WORSHIP SERVICE IN OUR NEW GYM ON EASTER! It won’t be completed, so I don’t want to cause you to set your expectations too high. But, it will be useable for our services that day, and we will use it!
Did you notice that I said “services,” as in plural? In addition to our combined worship service, we will also have a Sonrise Service at 6:30am in the gym. This will be a very meaningful, but brief (about 20 minutes) service for all who would like to come.
Easter Schedule:
Sonrise Service 6:30am in the Gym
Sunday School 9:45am regular classrooms
Worship 11:00am in the Gym
For some, Easter is the only service they will attend in any given year. Please don’t pass up any opportunity to invite someone to come to our special Easter service in the Gym.
You Are Loved!
Dan
