Food for Thought is a monthly, members-only e-newsletter from the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST).
PRESIDENTIAL FODDER
As we head into the festive winter holiday season, I hope that everyone has the chance to relax a bit, find joy and companionship with colleagues, friends, family and neighbours.

Many of our membership may also be experiencing stress about world events overseas - just listening or an act of kindness could help in a small way.

CIFST and your sections have been busy planning next year’s events, so we look forward to connecting in the new year! A great and achievable New Year’s resolution (if you haven’t already done so) is to renew your CIFST membership! It’s on my to-do list!

Have a happy, healthy holiday season ahead,
Yvonne attending a recent conference in Honolulu, Hawaii.
