Get out and explore Ballwin’s parks with your toddler. Each week's activities are centered around a theme and themes change weekly. Every class will include a craft, snack, and activities to get your toddler moving, thinking, and exploring! Ages 2-5. Parents and guardians are free.

Poker buff or beer aficionado, here is the day excursion for you. The 2nd Annual Ballwin Poker Pub Crawl will start at The Wolf Cafe where we will gather and board a bus to venture to 3 additional local watering holes before returning to The Wolf Tap Room. Circle 7 Ranch Taphouse and Grill, The Brothers Beer and Bourbon Lounge, and The Crafty Chameleon Brewery and Pizza are all on the schedule. Each stop will include a free pour and time to enjoy the establishment, approximately 1 hour at each stop. After each stop you will get a playing card and at the end of the night, the people with the best three hands of poker will win tickets to the Ballwin Craft Beer Festival at Vlasis Park on September 7.

Join us if you DARE for a Halloween SCARE! It will be spook-tacular fun, you won't want to miss these ghoulish good times! Dress up (of course) and stop by the Pointe on Friday, October 18th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm for all the fun. We will have crafts, activities, games, and more! This is a FREE event that is open to the public. Registration is not required.

Baby Bear's Bakery Cookie Class | |
Join us to have some fun learning how to decorate Halloween-themed cookies with Baby Bear's Bakery! When you're done, you will have some sweet creations that you can show off to family and friends! This amateur painting class features simple step-by-step instruction to help you create a stunning acrylic painting on 16x20 stretched canvas. Email us a photo of your pet which we will pre-draw for you to paint during the party...it's kind of like painting a color book version of your pet. Moonlight Howl 5K Run/Walk | |
Come join us and race under the moonlight at the 14th annual Moonlight Howl 5K Run/Walk. This unique race starts at 9pm so you can enjoy the cooler weather and experience the thrill of running at night! The Ballwin Moonlight Howl 5K run/walk encourages and welcomes all ages and fitness levels.

The Ballwin Police Department is teaming up with Parks and Rec to put on a FREE fishing derby! Kids ages 2-12 years old will have the opportunity to compete at the pond located in New Ballwin Park.
Prizes will be awarded for the most unusual catch, smallest fish by length, biggest fish by length, and most fish caught. It is a great chance to get out and spend quality time with your family and the community.
The competition will run from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Lunch will be served from 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m.
You must check in at the booth at the entrance to the lake the day of the event to verify yourself as a participant/agree to the rules and guidelines. No need to register ahead of time!

New and improved Ballwin Hayride is back! Come join us at the Ballwin Golf Course for a fun filled day of hayrides, bounce houses, live music, S'mores, and food trucks. Tickets are required for the hayride that runs every 30 minutes. Free entertainment includes bounce houses, live music, and fire pits. For purchase we will be selling beverages and S'more kits. Food trucks will be available for food/snacks.
The event will take place in the Golf Course parking lot, so the course will be closed during the event. The golf club will be open for restrooms.
Parking will be at North Pointe Aquatic Center, just a short walk North of the Ballwin Golf Course.

NEW TO THE BALLWIN RACE SERIES! Ballwin is set to host the 5th race on Big Shark Bicycle Company’s Bubba Memorial Cyclocross Series. This European short course cross country cycling events is fun to do and watch. Races for all abilities and ages take place on an approximately 1.5 to 2 mile long winding circuit. Part road cycling, part mountain bike riding, cyclocross is a great way to hold onto your summer fitness as the seasons change, and a great way to spend a day outside.
