Sermon title: The Baptism of Jesus

Scripture: Matthew 3:1-17

This Sunday, we will look at how the Baptism of Jesus is proof that Jesus really is the Messiah. I know, it sounds odd, right? But when we consider the presence of four significant eyewitnesses who were present during Jesus' baptism, the evidence is overwhelming.

These four individuals were expert witnesses to the exact identity of the Messiah. Do you know who they are? Please read Matthew 3 in advance and see if you can spot them. Join us Sunday as we reveal the identities of these four distinguished eyewitnesses.

You can sign up for one of these two projects:

1. Spend about two hours painting or doing other light work at Lilburn Co-op, located at 5329 Five Forks Trickum Rd SW, Lilburn, GA 30047.
2. Assemble 19 Easter baskets for young adults (ages 18-24) who are part of Christian City's THRIVE program that helps young men and women as they age out of the foster care system. The work will be done in the church café.

New Bible-reading plan begins today

We begin a new 10-day Bible-reading plan today called "Encounters With Jesus." The plan gives insights into the character of Jesus based on His encounters with 10 different men and women. To sign up, click on the image above or this link: https://bit.ly/mc3-readyourbible-encounters.

We need assistance with the materials to build 19 Easter baskets for young adults at Christian City. Please see our wish list. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation, we will use it to buy the necessary materials.

Easter is coming

Easter is coming March 31, and we hope you're planning to celebrate with the MC3 family.

The day will begin at 9:15 a.m. with a big breakfast, followed by worship at 10:30. We're hoping to see attendance top 200, so start inviting your friends and family. Use the invite cards in your seat at church on Sunday, share social media pages or point people to www.mc3.life/easter.

Registration under way for April 13th Women's Simulcast

MC3 Women’s Ministry will host the 2024 Lifeway Women’s Simulcast on Saturday, April 13. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. Simulcast begins at 9:30 a.m.

The simulcast will bring together women from all walks of life. Whether you’re feeling spiritually dry or your faith is thriving, this seminar is for you.
