Our First Faith Family Event of the year is this Wednesday!

If you are a new student or a Kindergarten students, you will receive your faith family t-shirt shortly. So do not order!

Students who have faith family

t-shirts from last year may wear these shirts on Wednesday with the uniform bottoms.

If you need to order a new shirt because your student lost or outgrew it please click here.

All orders need to be submitted this Friday for bulk processing.

All new students and kindergarten students may wear a STC spirit top since your shirts are not in yet!

Colors are determined by grade level. All grades have the same color as last year.

STC CYO Basketball Now Open!

Registration closes Tomorrow!

Registration for CYO Basketball is now open for 3rd to 8th graders at https://tshq.bluesombrero.com/stcharles.

The fees will be $100/player and practices start the week of October 14th. Games will start November 2nd, and the Playoff Tournament will start January 11th with Championship Games being played on January 18th.

Typically there will be 1-2 practices/week and 1-2 games/week. More information will follow in mid-September if an Evaluation Day is needed due to registration numbers.

Registration will close on September 17th.

We understand the registration deadline is earlier than in the past, but it is needed in order to find coaches and give CYO the information they need. If your child is trying out for another club team and you will not know prior to the registration deadline, please reach out to Pat McDowell via email so we are aware when forming teams. If we are aware of the situation, we will make sure everyone has a place to play.

Welcome New Charger Teachers!

As we being the year with many new faces here at St. Charles we will spotlight one a week!

My name is Peyton Bernard and I am so excited to be a part of the St. Charles staff this year teaching 4th grade ELA and reading. I have my bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in Education and Allied Sciences and my Master's degree from Belmont University in Elementary Education. This year is my 7th year of teaching, where I have taught 3rd and 4th grade both in private and public schools, and 7th & 8th grade science the last four years. I am so grateful for this opportunity to teach at such an amazing and family oriented school and hope to have many years as a St. Charles Charger! In my free time, I love to garden and be outdoors as much as possible, I love to read, spend time with my family, and cheer on my favorite sports teams!

Calling All Altar Servers - Sign up for October Training Sessions

Anyone in the 5th grade or higher who has received the sacrament of Holy Communion and taken part in a training session can be part of our Altar Server Ministry.

New servers - we’d love to have you join us by registering and attending one of the new server training sessions.
Returning servers - we are asking everyone to register and attend a returning server training session.

Vaccines for School

Per the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Department of Health, proof of required school vaccines (preschool through 8th grade) must be submitted to the school by the 15th day of each school year. This year, vaccines must be submitted by 9/11/2024. The groups that are typically in need of vaccines for school are:

New students
Tk or kindergarten students (updated "5 year" or "kindergarten" vaccines)
7th grade students (updated vaccines meningococcal and Tdap)

Most students have already received these vaccines, but the school must also have "proof' of those vaccines. If your child is missing proof of vaccines, the school nurse will reach out to you. Please make sure to respond as soon as possible. Proof of vaccine may be your child's vaccine record from the provider or the attached form (Section II) completed and signed by the provider.
