Nurse's Note

If you have not already turned in your Emergency Information and Medical Treatment Consent, please click HERE
NEW students need a Health Assessment signed by a medical provider and an updated immunization record.
In the next couple weeks, we will be auditing our files and sending emails to parents if your child is missing any required health forms.

For this school year, we will be notifying classrooms if there are 2 or more cases of COVID, Influenza, Strep, or any other communicable disease. JCHDE sent us the Disease and Symptom Exclusion Recommendations/Regulations 2022 that you can refer to if you have questions on when to send your child back to school.

HELP NEEDED

Curé of Ars After School Program is looking for classroom leaders!!!

We are looking for high school students, college students and adults who can lead our different age groups for our program that enriches the students spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

The After-School Program workers will maintain a safe and educational learning environment for our students by successfully implementing help with homework and daily activities. Our expectations include: leading children in activities, supervising snack and outdoor play, assisting children with day to day needs, maintaining a clean environment, and with the help of our Director, leading group activities.

Seeking enthusiastic students and young adults to work from

3:30 – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Schedules can be very flexible!

Needing applicants who are responsible, creative, show leadership and enjoy working with children.

Applicants must attend a Virtus training and be at least 16 years old.

Cafeteria

Cafeteria volunteers are needed! This is a great way to help and see your kids during the day. There are 3 shifts each day available, 10:45-12:15. Sign up HERE!

Time To Sign Up

Time To Sign Up (TTSU)-links to sign up for school related activities opened today. Find the link HERE. This includes classroom help, room parents, stock the lounge, library and more. More information is coming about TTSU and volunteer opportunities. If you have any questions please contact Sarah Sullivan. You must be Virtus trained to sign up.

SPORTS and RECREATION

ADULT VOLLEYBALL

The Adult Recreational Co-Ed Volleyball League will be starting up in the fall. Connect with your friends and form a team, or ask to be placed on a team. We play approximately 2 Sunday evenings per month in the school gym from October thru April.
