After School and Enrichment

Hours 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (school days)

So much fun is going on!

HPF shouts out supporters unless they specify if/how they want to be recognized publicly. Some prefer to remain anonymous and we respect their preferences.

Thank you Raye for your support. Thank you so much South Carolina Department of Education for granting a $16,000 innovation grant towards our $85,523 afterschool budget! We LOVE our friends, families, and supporters!

Disclaimer: Per IRS Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.

After school homework help and tutoring is from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Our angels take out agendas, complete their homework, and get additional instruction in concepts they are learning. They also receive additional tutoring in the weakest link areas shown in their Wednesday folders.

Our angels receive computerized tutoring daily from 4:00 pm until 4:30 pm  with support of reputable online games such as blooket, kahoot, etc. to strengthen knowledge at their readiness levels.

Enrichment starts after our angels have finished dinner. Enrichment is from 4:30 pm until 5:45 pm. Enrichment includes fun and specialized skill training such as:

  • Piano Lessons
  • Beauty Club
  • Art & Design
  • Outdoor Athletics
  • Gaming

We would love to add gardening to the list with sponsorship and guidance from our local community.

News to Know

Go to the game on October 27, and get a prize from the center!

The game is at Fort Mill High School and will feature two local teams. HPF families are invited to witness rival schools play football. Football involves healthy competition with local families and friends. While there, youth can meet and greet Charlie D. and other players.

Weekly Attendance Prizes

Kids who attend everyday are entered into a weekly raffle for prizes. We want them to enjoy the daily fun and brag about it to you.

If you cannot catch the van, just drop your children off and let us know if you are coming for pickup or need the bus to drop off.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 10am-7pm, and Sunday, 1pm-7pm. There may be times we close due to inclement weather. You can check our Pumpkin Patch Facebook Page  for weather closure information.

How much does it cost come to the pumpkin patch?

It is free to come to the patch!

How much are the pumpkins?

The littlest pumpkins are $1, and there is a section of small $3 pumpkins. Out in the main patch, the pumpkins are measured by their size and range from $4 up to $40 for really large ones.

What is there to do?

Looks at the pumpkins, purchase pumpkins, and take pictures. We are simply a pumpkin patch with no hay rides or other rides. Some people spend a long time taking pictures or simply observing all of the shapes, sizes, and colors of pumpkins. There are a couple of spots set up for you to take a picture.

All are welcome!
