And now...


The ability to create payment plans is coming soon for Authorize.net and MX Merchant users. This will mean you can add balances from within an account to a recurring plan with a frequency, start date, and payment amount you decide. To learn more, give us a call at 802-465-9732 opt. 1 and stay tuned for future updates.

What's New

Reports


  • The date range qmark on the membership expense report has been updated for increased accuracy.
  • A correction has been made to the Export Activities activity report so that the header row sits above the data columns they pertain to.
  • The totals links in the comparisons section of the All Payment Types part of the Compare dashboard go to reporting for the same date range.


Accounts


  • Wording has been updated on the invoice adjustment function to guide to a process where the amount is not set last for best results.
  • Adjustments for reservation date edits/deletions may now be applied per schedule for more accuracy.
  • Explanatory question marks were added to the Add Date, Add Facility, Reservation Group, & reservation group Date areas in a reservation.
  • The indicator of transactions prior to the date range in an account's credit history report no longer links to the accountless account.


Checkout & Activities


  • When using the 'save for later' option on the mgmt side, a payment cannot be made w/o processing the pre-registration form that was created.
  • Management-side users that do not have the Cancellation setting enabled cannot use the cancel link from the Registrations tab of activities.
  • When changing between price-adjusted date types on a pricing option, the previous type settings are no longer kept.


Memberships


  • The Return link on the membership card preview page in Administration > Settings has been corrected to return to the correct page if used.
  • Length dates have been cleared from all membership lengths that are not of the custom variety. This pertains mostly to lengths from 2014.


Misc


  • Search and filter functionality is available for all users on Misc > Dashboard.
  • The authorization method for Constant Contact has been updated to match their new requirements and restore email blast connection.
  • Version 4 of Google Analytics may be used for tracking site visitors. Call us if interested.
