Today is Veteran's Day, a holiday for many or perhaps simply a day that we can use to reflect and give thanks to all those who have served our country. | |
Our veterans are on the vanguard of preserving all the rights and freedoms we hold dear. Our military has been called upon many times, at great personal sacrifice, to deploy overseas and confront our enemies in far flung lands. In peace time our service members ensure that the military is ready at a moments notice. That surety is the single greatest force for the safety of our homeland and peace around the globe. So please join me in celebrating all our nation's veterans who served our country honorably. And if you are veteran reading this right now, let me offer you a very sincere THANK YOU!

Well, Election Day is behind us and we have much to celebrate. Though we may not know the final outcome of some crucial races one thing is absolutely certain, Republicans made significant gains across our state and nation. As you know we dedicated several TAD Talks to some fabulous Texas candidates. I am proud to say that 9, possibly 10, out of 13 of these candidates prevailed in their races. I want to welcome those new members and those that will be returning, and thank everyone who put themselves forward as candidates. Every one of them worked their tails off to offer a stark contrast between the bleak leftist vision for our state and country versus the conservative vision of safety and prosperity. Whether they won or not, they each contributed to making Texas and the United States a better place.
We'll have a full breakdown of the election soon. In the meantime, don't let all the media chatter get you down or detract from all we have to be proud of.

October Jobs Report and Democrats' Failing Economy | |
Democrats' closing message on the economy: 40-year high inflation, declining real wages, real lower income, a looming recession, higher unemployment, a shrinking workforce, rising gas prices, slower job growth, higher taxes, and more audits on American families.
What you need to know:
- Today’s jobs report is the worst jobs report of the year and the worst jobs report of the Biden presidency.

Inflation ate up any wage gains in October, meaning workers' paychecks are shrinking.

The economy added just 261,000 jobs and the unemployment rate rose to 3.7% while the labor force participation rate declined.
- As Americans struggle to afford basic goods and their paycheck continue to shrink, Biden and Democrats not only cause dinflation but are threatening to make it worse.
- In March 2021, Biden and Democrats passed their inflation-fueling $1.9 trillion “stimulus.”

In August, every single Democrat voted to pass the Bidenflation Scam , which experts say will worsen inflation and raise taxes on working-class Americans.

To top things off, Biden is now pushing for his student debt bailout, which experts warn will a handout to cost taxpayers billions and worsen inflation.
- Historic inflation is placing more and more Americans in financial jeopardy.

63% of workers report living paycheck-to-paycheck.

54% of Americans report stopping or reducing their retirement savings altogether because of higher prices.

43% report drawing money out of their retirement accounts to pay for daily expenses.

Credit card debt is rising at its “fastest clip in more than 20 years,” climbing 13% since last year.
The bottom line:
Are you better off than you were when Biden took office? No. Democrats have made Americans poorer every month since they took control of the White House, Congress, and the Senate, and they show no signs of slowing down. Americans need to elect republicans on November 8th to curb spending, slow inflation, and put money back into the wallets of hard working Americans.

- To date this cycle, the RNC has engaged in 78 lawsuits in 20 states.
- The RNC has hired 38 election integrity counsels in 19 states and have retained 91 attorneys for Election Day litigation support in each critical battleground state with dozens of attorneys serving in a volunteer support capacity throughout the country.
