Sounds of the Season

Filling the gymnasium and theater, as well as our hearts, with music, the performing artists of MPH showcased their talents during this week's Winter Concerts. For more on their performances and other highlights, click the link below.
Monday is the Last Day to Be Found!
Thank you to Nurse Dara for sorting the ever-growing Lost and Found. All labeled items have been returned. Please come, and ask your students, to peruse the remaining items. They’re located in the cubbies and rack in the Attendance Hallway, for anything that’s missing or looks familiar. Unclaimed items will be donated after Monday, December 18.

Please be sure to label coats, snowpants, boots, hats, and gloves so they don’t’ show up on the racks in the Spring.

Thank you,
Nurse Christine
Lower School: Reminder About Winter Footwear
LS students in K-5 need winter boots for daily outdoor recess and sneakers (clean of mud) for daily Core Health/PE.
Please send your child to school in boots for outside play and ensure their sneakers are in their backpack or classroom. Thank you!
Reminder: Lower School Holiday Gift Policy
As we head into the holiday season, we ask that you’re mindful of our Lower School Gift Policy. We cannot thank you enough for your partnership and support!

2023-2024 MPH Lower School Gift Policy:

  • We ask that you please refrain from sending any individual gifts or gift cards to MPH Lower School faculty and staff.

  • Please know that gifts are never expected. LS faculty devised this idea in an effort to streamline possible giving.

  • Our favorite gifts are the plentiful smiles from your children!

While we greatly appreciate the generosity of our community, we request that any gestures of thanks (at holidays, end-of-the-year, etc.) are focused on the Lower School Amazon Classroom Wish List (PreK here, and K-5 here). This document include links to specific classroom gift lists.
Thank you,
Amy Abdo and the LS Faculty and Staff

Currently 30% or 84 families have participated in the campaign for this year.
