SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY ON-LINE OR ON PAPER BY AUGUST 31

Before the Search Committee engages in a formal process of looking for a new Rector, it's necessary to fully understand and appreciate the wants and needs of the members of the Church of the Resurrection in their next pastoral leader.

The Search Committee has prepared a survey that asks several questions about our congregation's current ministry and your own involvement. It also seeks your input on pastoral leadership and your vision for Resurrection's future.

There are 36 questions in the survey divided into seven sections:

1. Your Church Participation (13 questions)
2. Your Stewardship (2 questions)
3. Your Worship Preferences (2 questions)
4. Your Priorities for the Church of the Resurrection (1 question)
5. The Qualities you desire in our next Rector (8 questions)
6. The Future of the Church of the Resurrection (2 questions)
7. Background Information about Yourself (8 questions)

We ask each member of your household 16 years of age and older complete the survey. The survey should take most people no longer than 30 minutes.

Make sure your voice is heard.

Please return the completed survey by Wednesday, August 31.

The Committee will then analyze the results and make a presentation on the findings to the congregation on Sunday, October 2 between services during the First Sunday Breakfast.

If you complete the paper survey, please return it to the church in an anonymous envelope marked "Parish Survey" so that your responses can be recorded manually. Surveys may be returned in the offering plate on Sunday. Do not submit a paper survey if you have filled out the survey on-line.

Join fellow parishioners every Friday night at 6:00 pm for fellowship and pizza at Vito's Original Pizza, located on the east side of MO Hwy 7 between Main and Walnut Streets.

Food is at your individual expense.  Pizza by the slice and kid's menu available.

9:15 AM IN THE UNDERCROFT

The Hospitality Committee will meet tomorrow, Sunday, August 28, between services in the undercroft beginning at 9:15 am.

All Hospitality Committee members and anyone interested in joining the committee are invited to attend.

Please continue to clip and collect labels from products with the Best Choice®, Clearly by Best Choice®, and Best Choice® Superior Selections® logos and bring them to church for us to redeem them for $.03 per label! There is a collection box in the Narthex.

Best Choice® products are available at Price Chopper stores. Make sure you clip the UPC code with the words Best Choice®.
