We are grateful for all the supporters, volunteers, and donors who make this ministry a success. We are excited to share with you what God is doing in the lives of children and families in our valley. This summer has been filled with experiences of God's faithfulness and grace. Welcome Monica!

Monica started volunteering with CEF in 2022 and eventually became a member of the committee. She has immersed herself in becoming trained with CEF and helping to train others. She has been a faithful servant and has now taken a step of faith in becoming a part time staff member as Ministry Assistant. Please keep her in prayer as she passionately serves the Lord and the little ones.

Good News Club Mother's Day

Fundraiser Breakfast

On Mother's day weekend, many gathered in support of CEF. We were blessed to enjoy great food, to hear the children sing, and to be encouraged by our guest speaker, Pastor Paul Cedar, who reminded us of the importance of reaching the next generation with the Gospel. Prior to this event, the CEF Committee met together for 7 Saturdays to plan and pray for this annual fundraiser. God showed up in a mighty way and we were reminded of the awesome power of prayer. In order to fund our 12 Good News Clubs, we needed to raise $20k. Not only did God meet our needs, but He far exceeded by providing $24k to fund our efforts in sharing the Good News with as many children as we can reach in the Coachella Valley. Thank you to everyone who contributed in any way, and all glory be to our Great God!

Christian Youth in Action

We believe in training and investing in our Youth because they are our next generation. CYIA provides training, materials, and ministry opportunities to help students confidently share their faith with children in their very own communities by teaching 5-Day Clubs. This year we were blessed to send 2 Youth and 1 adult to CYIA. Upon their return, they were equipped and excited to teach in three 5-Day Clubs in our community. We have received a grant to fund more students to go to CYIA next year!

Summer Mission Outreach in the Coachella Valley

This year we were so blessed to bring the Gospel message to children in 3 different locations. The children learned there is only One Way to get to heaven. Our Youth helped to teach this message through Bible lessons, memory verses, songs and much more.

The Gospel was shared with 57 children & 21 of those children made decisions for salvation!

If you are interested in learning how to share the Gospel message in an easy and effective way, then this training is for you. This training will also equip those interested in volunteering in a Good News Club. Please register below and share with others.

Educator's Prayer Breakfast

As the new school year begins, we want to come before the Lord together in prayer. We will lift up the schools, educators and children of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin. Please register below and share with others.

CEF SoCal Rally

We are excited to invite you to a time of fellowship and inspiration as we hear from our CEF President, Jeremiah Cho, and others. This event is open to anyone involved with CEF SoCal including staff, volunteers, prayer partners, church partners, donors, etc.
