Rebecca Niaba is currently the Housing Program Manager at Rockville Housing Enterprises Inc. As a Housing Voucher Manager, she oversees the administration of housing vouchers to eligible individuals and families. With over a decade of experience in the field, she has developed a deep understanding of the complex regulations and policies that govern the voucher program.

Rockville Housing Enterprises is an independent organization that functions under federal and state law, for the purpose of building and administering public housing in Rockville, Maryland.

Mary Lawrence Phillips, a native of Kensington, Maryland, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) who has over 25 years working with families and individuals as an agent of support and guidance.  She is a strong supporter of housing rights for people with disabilities.  She is well versed with different types of subsidized housing programs, policy and landlord/tenant regulations.

 You must belong to ILO’s Community Group to participate.  Enrollment in ILO’s Community Group for 8 presentations a year and other benefits is $200 annually.
