Join Us at Dumpling & Beer This Friday!


Dumpling & Beer Festival is happening this Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Mission District.


Beer tasting tickets are currently sold out online, but a very limited quantity will be available for sale at the door on Friday. Those without a ticket can still come to the event and enjoy food and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase.


Parking for the event will be available at specific lots throughout the Mission District. To view the parking map, please visit: https://www.sangabrieled.com/293/Parking-Map.


Please note that there will be road closures in the Mission District area from  Friday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m. to Saturday, October 15 at 2:00 a.m. for the Dumpling and Beer Festival.


  • Mission Drive, between Broadway and Mission Road will be closed to vehicular traffic.
  • Santa Anita Ave, between Broadway and McGroarty Street will also be closed to vehicular traffic.


Please expect heavy traffic in the surrounding area. Drink responsibly and don't drink and drive.

The Great Shake Out - Are You Ready?


Get ready to drop, cover and hold on. On October 20, at 10:20 a.m. local time, you can join people across the world in practicing earthquake safety. The Great Shake Out is our opportunity to practice how to protect ourselves during earthquakes.

Don't Miss Annie Jr. This Saturday


Theatre Experience of Southern California presents Annie Jr. this Saturday, October 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mission Playhouse.


For almost 30 years, Theatre Experience has been providing musical theatre opportunities for adults and youth of the community. This event is the culmination of a multi-month program where participants get to perform in a musical on the Playhouse stage.

Fall Fun Festival on Friday, October 28


The Fall Fun Festival is happening on Friday, October 28 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Mission Playhouse Plaza.


The free event will have frightfully fun activities for all ages including:


  • Haunted Zone with spooky maze at the Grapevine Arbor Park
  • Costume contest
  • Games
  • Trunk or Treat with decorated vehicles on Mission Drive
