Greetings!
Last Sunday our youth participated in worship by being greeters, ushers, and readers. We were also blessed with the talents of our young people who shared their musical gifts with us. To our parents, please know that our young people are always welcome to participate in worship at any time. They are an important part of our faith community.
On Monday, Pastor Josh announced that he has accepted a new call. He will be serving New Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Lovettsville, VA. His last Sunday at Redeemer will be on March 24. A special coffee hour will be held in-between our services on that Sunday so you can greet them and send them off with our good wishes.
Sunday, March 3 – Third Sunday in Lent
We are reaching the halfway mark in our Lenten Season. Come and worship with us at 8:30 am, 9:45 am, or 11 am. Worship is the work of the people so please consider assisting in our services. In general, at the traditional services we need crucifers and readers. At the contemporary service we need readers and assisting ministers. If you are interested in serving but have never done it before, please contact Kim Wenk. We will help you get started!
