Significant Enhancements to Our Backend Infrastructure

Over the past several months, our DevOps team has been diligently working on substantial enhancements to our backend infrastructure. This is part of our ongoing effort to reinvest in and improve the YOSS platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and reliable.


What Does This Mean for You?

While the day-to-day functionality you know and rely on will remain unchanged, we're upgrading our technology for storing critical files, such as PDFs and Excel documents. Additionally, we're proactively expanding our infrastructure to accommodate increasing demand. These updates are key to maintaining the seamless, high-quality experience you expect from YOSS.


Scheduled Downtime: Stay Updated in Real-Time

To ensure you're fully informed, we will communicate the start and end of each downtime period via our status page. This will allow you to stay updated in real-time.

  • First Phase: Starting on December 22nd, with a completion goal of the same day, but extending no later than December 25th.
  • Second Phase: Scheduled for December 29th, anticipated to conclude within the day, but may extend until January 1st.
