Good morning! Just a friendly reminder that the Wraparound plan of care (POC) open office hour is today, October 19th, from 10a - 11a.
A Wraparound Local Coach will be available during the entire hour to answer any questions regarding the POC document. You may come in at any time and do not have to stay once your question is answered. We will be working on a POC FAQ document that will be uploaded to the website.
Please note - this hour is dedicated to the POC document.
Please reach out to your local coach directly with any other questions or concerns regarding Wraparound.
