Staff Appreciation Week

Selling TODAY through March 21

"How Sweet it is to be taught by you" bookmark accompanied by a candy charm.

"It takes a big heart to shape little minds" bookmark accompanied by a heart charm.

"Thanks for helping me grow" bookmark accompanied by a plant charm.

Send your child's teacher or favorite Rockwell staff members a thank-you-gram to say THANK YOU for being such an important person in their lives. Sales start this week on the PTA website and will go through Thursday, March 21.

On the first day of Teacher Appreciation week, all Rockwell teachers and staff members will each be given a charm ring with a purple Beagle Paw charm attached. Throughout the week, students can show their appreciation for teachers and Rockwell staff by sending them a thank-you-gram with an accompanying charm to add to their ring.

Thank-you-grams will be delivered daily throughout Teacher Appreciation week. By the end of the week, our Rockwell staff will have a group of charms to hang on their lanyards or keychains that will remind them of all the fabulous kids that brighten their days! Order your thank-you-grams HERE!

For families that need financial assistance sending thank-you-grams, please contact the school counselor Katie Keller to place an order.

Here's all that's happening for Teacher Appreciation:

• Students cards for teachers and staff members--bring them in on Monday!
• Chair massages for staff during their break times on two different days
• Coffee cart for staff
• Flower bouquets for teachers (provided by room parent funds)
• Classroom supplies provided by families (room parents to coordinate with class)
• Breakfast for staff provided by parents. Sign up HERE to bring in food.

Fundraising Dine Out at Mod Pizza in Redmond

Rockwell families, our dine out is this Thursday! Grab lunch, dinner or anything in between. Every order will support our PTA fund some AWESOME events and programs like Heritage and STEAM night, classroom grants, student scholarships and field trips to name a few.

Head to the Mod Pizza in the Bella Bottega Shopping Center and order anytime between 10:00 am - 10:30 pm on Thursday, March 14 and 25% of your bill will support Norman Rockwell PTA fundraising.

To make the magic happen, use code MODGIVES25 when ordering through the MOD app or their website (no third-party apps, be sure you're ordering from the Redmond location), mention Norman Rockwell Elementary, or show them our pink flyer at the restaurant when ordering. Thanks for your support, Beagles! 

5th Grade Baby Photos

Deadline is THIS FRIDAY, March 15th

It's a Rockwell tradition that we include 5^th grade students’ baby/toddler photos in the yearbook! 

If you’d like to participate in this tradition, please send a baby photo to yearbook@normanrockwellpta.org.

Please send a high/full resolution photo and include your student’s name and teacher in the filename (example: AmySmith_Harris.jpg)

We recommend submitting a photo that is between 6months-2years, but you are welcome to submit whatever age picture you’d like!
