Healthy Leadership: How to Thrive in the New World of Work
Healthy leadership focuses on the health and growth of all parties: the leader, the team, and the business. If the team thrives, so does the business and everyone it serves. Healthy leadership addresses human needs—it’s personal. Healthy leadership is like a cultural magnet that attracts people to your team and the cultural glue that makes them want to stay.  It is grounded in three healthy principles and three healthy practices.
