The Cross-border MentHERship program is a mentorship program designed to help Canadian women entrepreneurs looking to expand or grow their business into the U.S market. This initiative brings together seasoned female mentors from the U.S. to guide participants in their efforts as they explore the dynamic and competitive market in the U.S.

Congratulations Aran & Femi For Representing UWindsor in The Arena 2024 Pitch Competition

We are thrilled to announce that Aran Abrahamlingam & Femi Soluade have been chosen to represent the University of Windsor in The Arena 2024 Pitch Competition. These students exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation that the competition aims to showcase. As the designated student representative, they will showcase their innovative ideas, network with industry professionals, and compete for recognition and prizes at The Arena 2024 Pitch Competition. Intro to 3D Printing: Level 1

This workshop covers a comprehensive look at the basics of 3D printing. No experience necessary!! Participants will leave with an understanding of various technologies on the current market and what kind of tech is readily available to them. The idea of how, when, and why 3D printing should be and is being used will be clearly defined. Finally, participants will walk through the entire 3D printing process, giving them the confidence to start their own projects in their homes, school, or even industries.

Intro to 3D Modelling and Slicing: Level 2

Participants will gain hands-on experience with these softwares and utilize them to create parts of their own. This will lead to discussions on 3D modeling techniques and best practices. Finally, participants will be introduced to a slicing software which is the last stage before the printing process. For a better experience, participants are recommended to bring their own laptops.
