Checking in with Chapters, Consorts, and Recorder Orchestras | |
The Denver Recorder Society continues to offer free Zoom "Newbies" gatherings, hosted at 1 p.m. Mountain time, 30 minutes before each Denver Recorder Society meeting on third Sundays. "Newbies" repertoire will be similar to what was played in the summer month sessions--fun music including circus selections to folk (Stephen Foster, and from Finland, Sweden, Poland, Ukraine and the Celtic Nations). Denver Recorder Society meetings are "hybrid" for the near future, so recorder players can tune in from all over North America:

Newbies info: DRS vice-president Bill Urban, bill_denver@hotmail.com.
