The funds the Foundation has so generously provided to the Café of Life are used to support our Outreach Program which provides food, hygiene, diapers, paper products, baby items and more to those in need who are unable to partake of services provided at our daily serving site. Not all those in need are available or able to get to our daily serving site so once each week we go directly into a rotating list of low income neighborhoods and distribute directly from our team’s vehicles. This takes a significant number of volunteers and the financial support of our outstanding partners like you to make it happen. We assemble the items at our office then convoy to the neighborhood. The items provided are desperately needed by our clients as they battle nutritional insecurity, made even worse with the recent increase in the cost of food.
