Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, or crab
  • ½ cup cooked medium-grain brown rice
  • ½ cup edamame (shelled), cooked
  • ⅓ cup shredded carrots
  • ⅓ cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp ginger salad dressing


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Makes 1 serving.
