A dream has come true for me!
As Real SC club's founder, I have always tried to provide the best resources and value to our families. As the longest standing director in this area, some of my top goals were and are to expand our pro-coaching to other cities beyond Boise; provide players with a fun but focused environment to develop their game so they could embrace it for life; provide coaches with the best tools and training possible; offer very competitive pricing and top uniforms. In short, the Real Soccer Club is committed to develop players and coaches globally in all areas and components of the game, offering resources at all levels and very competitive pricing.
One of my favorite projects has always been to provide access to top soccer opportunities for all our kids and coaches by bringing the best coaches from Europe to the Boise area for Summer camps, including pro-clubs from top tiers in Spain, Italy and England, and offering advanced players and coaches the opportunity to travel to Europe for unforgettable experiences, cultural and technical.

But to become sponsor of the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics in the USA and to be able to see in action Real Madrid Youth coaches from Spain (who train Real Madrid youth teams in the Real Madrid Facility in Valdebebas, Madrid, Spain) here in Boise was the absolute dream and something unimaginable.
Now I am ecstatic to announce that the first Real Madrid Foundation Clinics ever in Idaho will take place in Boise this Summer, June 24-June 28, 9AM to 3PM, field TBA and we will be sponsoring the camp!
I became a member of Real Madrid in 1978 with access to all games of the first team when I was 12 years old. But before that, my dad was already taking my brother and I to watch Real Madrid as non-member fans and I fell in love with the ambiance, the passion, the spirit, the magic of the memorable nights of European Cup football (the predecessor of the UEFA Champions League) and the magisterial way of playing at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium where the famous last minute comebacks (remontadas) started making history worldwide. I even played in the Real Madrid youth system for one season. At times a few of my idols were recovering from injury and stepped in our lockers, which was so surrealistic. To date, I still watch almost every Real Madrid CF game and try to follow the values of the best football club in the world in my businesses and in my life as the ways of Real Madrid are a beautiful philosophy and culture. In 1998-2000 I took my family from Boise to Madrid while I was studying my Masters in Computer Science and we went to the Bernabéu a few times. My kids still talk about it!
I cannot be prouder to say now our soccer club has become a sponsor of the Real Madrid Foundation camp in the Boise area!
SPECIAL FOR OUR PLAYERS
We will be kicking off the first marketing campaign together with the biggest coupon of the whole campaign, a $50 off coupon: RMFRSC + the discount already on the website. With no advertising on their part and just by families looking organically at Real Madrid camps in the USA for their kids online, the Boise camp has already seen about 40 registrants and their goal is to reach 75 players this year.
I remember getting on the bus and the subway in Madrid to train and play at the Real Madrid Facility, and the glorious evenings or nights of La Liga and European football at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium when I was a kid growing up in Madrid. It brings me a smile to know some of our players will be able to live in some way the culture, the spirit, and the top training environment for 1 week when the Real Madrid Foundation and Avanza Sports bring a taste of the 14 times European champion and "the best club of the century", as named by FIFA, to our own very backyard this Summer. And the best players will be invited to an immersion experience in Madrid including training at the Real Madrid Facility (Valdebebas)!
