How to Create a Business Intelligence team

This event will not be recorded so make sure to join us live!
Your organization generates data every day. Logs, reports, data entry, and other sources of data. An organization will remain functional by just creating that data and using it within its business units. A Business Intelligence team will take that data and turn it into information for decision-makers. They take an organization from functioning to leading. This presentation will be an introduction to how you as the manager, director, or owner of a company can gather the people, tools, and data within your organization to design and manage a BI team.
