March News and Updates from the Office of Alumnae Relations

Letter from the President

Dear Alumna,

As Holy Week comes to an end and we await the resurrection of Jesus, we reflect on the many blessings in our life, including the wonderful education we received at our beloved Catholic High. I am extremely proud of our young women for recently being recognized on a National level for their placement scores on the Forensics and Mathletes Teams.

I encourage you to consider purchasing a table at our next fundraising event, the Spring Fling, on May 3. This is a great opportunity to gather with classmates, family members, and friends for an enjoyable evening to benefit the young women of Catholic High!

May God bless you and your family this Easter!

This month's edition of From the Archives features Sr. Mary Arnoldine O'Connell, OSF and six students in the 1940s. Her 42 years in Food Services at Catholic High impacted many lives of our alumnae.

On Thursday, March 28, 2024, the original 1939 kitchen closed its doors to begin the Historic Kitchen Restoration! This renovation was made possible thanks to many donors, including alumnae! The brand new kitchen will open in the Fall of 2024.

Grace Howie - 6th in the State, Dramatic Performance

Grace's performances in Oral Interpretation and Dramatic Performance qualify her to compete at the National Tournament in Chicago on Memorial Day Weekend!
