Placer County 4-H Youth Development Program

Myah has been involved in the 4-H program since 2014 where she credits the leaders and program for helping her become the confident person and speaker that she is today. Having gained so much from the 4-H program herself, she is passionate about promoting the 4-H program in local schools and the community. Myah is a recent recipient of the prestigious Golden Clover Award for her role in Member Mentoring. This award is only given to one member each year in all of California in recognition of how they have excelled in being a mentor for younger members. While working for the UC Cooperative Extension, Myah is finishing her degree in Business Administration. She plans to further her education with a degree in Agricultural Business. She will be coordinating the embryology program this Spring and is looking forward to the community outreach opportunity!
