THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15: BYOP TEXTBANKING BOOTCAMP!

BYOP stands for Bring Your Own Phone, and at BYOP Textbanking Bootcamp, you'll learn to use your computer to send free texts to potential Democrat voters, so you can get them registered!

Okay, technically we probably should have named this BYOC. You actually use your desk or laptop with an anonymized Google Voice number or Apple’s iMessage app. But still, it's free texting, and it's an easy way to make a huge difference. Brooklyn is a reliably blue district, so let's do everything we can to keep it that way! In 2022, we shockingly lost four Dem House seats in New York, handing the House to the GOP. We're not okay with that, we don't want it to happen again, and one way to make sure it doesn't is to register new Democratic voters in Brooklyn!

There's nothing like the energy of a live voter drive, and we can't wait to share it with you. We'll start with a quick 15-minute training sesh, and then hit a bunch of local hot spots. We'll bring the clipboards, forms, and pens. You bring your smartphone or tablet if you have one, some water, and maybe a friend! TIME TO FLIP CA-27!

CA-27 is a key battleground district. It has a majority of Biden voters, but in 2020 managed to elect extreme MAGA Republican Rep. Mike Garcia by just 333 votes. The bad news is that it happened, but the great news is with your help, we can totally undo that damage this year and flip the district blue!

In partnership with Indivisible Antelope Valley, Antelope Valley Democrats for Change, the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, and the California Democratic Party, we're registering new Democratic voters at Antelope Valley College. We'll chat with the students, get them registered to vote, and get them hyped to help us restore our House majority in 2024. REGISTER DEMOCRATS SUMMIT 2024 – THE SEQUEL!

Last year, we launched this mega daylong virtual event to help us defeat the MAGA nation. And since it was a blockbuster success, we're doing it again!

The Register Democrats Summit 2024 will be jam-packed with tons of awesomeness: riveting panels, big-name speakers including top candidates and major organizers, and inspiring FT6 partners. Keep an eye out for our list of confirmed speakers and a schedule of events for the day, but we'll give you a little teaser here... including the names of our confirmed keynote speakers: Jess Craven (Chop Wood, Carry Water), Robert Hubbell (Today's Edition) and Leigh McGowan (Politics Girl)!

In addition, we'll have amazing panelists, like Jonathan Nez (former President of the Navajo Nation, running for Congress in swing district AZ-02), Simon Rosenberg (Hopium Chronicles Substack), and Allie Phillips (running for office in TN after the state abortion laws made it impossible for her to terminate a doomed pregnancy, despite risks to her health).
