BEFORE...

A remodel on the inside leads to an addition on the outside.

AFTER...

Adding the dormer on the outside gives the opportunity to make other changes on the exterior. There is a lot of roof on this home so the dormer brought a lot of visual interest up there. The home also had a double garage door that dominated the facade providing another place to bring in some detail.
