Dear Our Lady Queen of Angels Community,

Congratulations and a sincere thank you to our PTO officers and all of the volunteers for planning and executing an amazing High School Time Machine fundraising event. Wow, from the DeLorean car, warm welcome, amazing décor, delicious-refreshing food and drink, entertaining music, but, most importantly, the opportunity to gather and to build community, the evening was a great success!

We are very appreciative of our many generous underwriters, our families who donated their talents, services, and products. We can’t thank you enough. We recognize the many families who contributed through the Fund a Need campaign, and all of our parents and benefactors who participated in our silent and the live auctions.

May our Lord continue to bless and provide for you and your family. As St. Francis of Assisi shares with us “for it is in giving, that we receive.” Thank you for responding to our Lord’s love, faithfulness, and grace by sharing your gifts, your talents, and treasures with Our Lady Queen of Angels School.

GOOD LUCK BATTLE OF THE BOOKS TEAM

Let's all wish our 4th and 5th grade scholars good luck at this Thursday’s Battle of the Books Competition. They have been working hard (and having fun) preparing for this week’s BATTLE. They will compete against students from local schools to answers detailed questions related to specific books. We are beyond proud of these avid readers and their eagerness to read and discuss books! Good luck, ANGELS!

OH WHAT A NIGHT!

Thank you to everyone who supported OLQA's Time Machine Fundraiser and all who went back in time with us last Saturday night! The venue, band, food and energy were off the charts and outfits epic! Check out our reel on Instagram or CLICK HERE! to view and save photos!

Most importantly, we raised a record amount for the school. Right now, GROSS dollars put us at an incredible $470,319. Now, we'll pay the bills and update you on the amount going to the school. Our Fund A Need for the security projects has reached $161,140. The cost for these two projects is $362,000 ($112,000 window protection and $250,000 fence). Look for an infographic coming soon with the breakdown on funds raised.

STILL TIME

It's not too late to give to the Fund A Need! Also, you can still purchase Buy Now items and your student's Class Project item until Friday, March 22. CLICK HERE!

PICK UP WINNING ITEMS

Silent Auction winners can pick up their Items from the office on Thursday, March 21 or Friday, March 22 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Let's try to get all items claimed before we leave next Wednesday for Easter break.
