An old County installed drainage structure will be replaced by the Town near Carefree Drive and Cave Creek Road. Construction has officially started and please note that there may be delays or detours during construction.  

• Timeline: The construction is expected to last several months, with an anticipated completion date in late March. However, this is subject to weather conditions.
• Restrictions and Closures: During the construction period, there will be restrictions and closures in the specified section of Carefree Drive.
• Traffic Signs: It is essential for drivers to observe all traffic signs in the affected area. These signs will guide motorists and ensure their safety during construction.

The Town will continue to provide updates regarding the project, as construction timelines can sometimes be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
