Customer Journey Mapping Share
Customer journey mapping (also called user journey mapping) is the process of creating a visual story of your customers' interactions with your brand. This exercise helps businesses step into their customer's shoes and see their business from the customer's perspective. Creating a visual diagram of the journey helps internal management groups commit the process to memory and easily revisit the steps when needed.

Zeldis Fun Day
Zeldis had some team fun in June! With team members now located throughout the country it was time for everyone to meet face-to-face for some fun in New Jersey!! We began our 24-hour whirlwind activities on 6/9 with a dinner reception, followed by a morning breakfast walk, and an afternoon at Top Golf! While Teams and Zoom remain our new standard form of communication, nothing beats a hug from a colleague! We all can’t wait to do it again!

Jennifer King to Field Operations Director. Jennifer joined Zeldis Research in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in the qualitative industry and she has become a vital member of qualitative studies across our industries.
Franco Rossi, Jr, to Field Operations Manager. Since joining Zeldis Research in 2021, Franco quickly learned qualitative processes and has been a key member of qualitative research efforts.

Cheri Hopkins: Field Operations Director

Cheri’s market research career began at a top-rated recruiting firm in Tampa, Fl where she wore many hats, from Phone Room Supervisor, Hostess, Facility Manager to eventually Vice President of the company. From there she started her own company offering Qualitative Project Management services for over 20 successful years before joining the Zeldis team.

Her diverse experience and understanding of “the devil’s in the details” ensures projects are completed on-time, within budget and project scope.
Leo Gibney: Senior Research Director

Leo has over 20 years of turnkey experience consulting in primary marketing research, including healthcare, financial services, and other industry sectors, both quantitative and qualitative research, global and domestic. He has a passion for detail. Whether writing a proposal, developing a screening instrument or survey/discussion guide, or writing a report with actionable insights, attention to details is critical in everything he does.
 
With a Ph.D. in social psychology, Leo has honed an expertise in identifying cognitive biases that impact attitudes and decision-making and in offering actionable recommendations to overcome these biases.
