Freshman Grandparent Mass - September 12



The Class of 2028 Grandparent Mass and reception will be held next Thursday, September 12. We need your help! ALL parents are invited to help set up the gym on September 11, and we will also need help with serving/hosting on September 12. This is a great opportunity to meet BCHS parents and you'll have the ability to visit with family in attendance as well!

While this Mass is for the freshman class and their families, ANY grade parent can sign up to help. You are also welcome to sign up for both shifts on Thursday if you would like to! Please sign up here, and contact the Trinity Club if you have any questions.

Students interested in joining the investment club can attend the September 17 meeting or contact Mrs. Stoudt.

Bishop Chatard Dance Team



NEW this year: Bishop Chatard is forming a dance team! Students interested in developing their dance skills, promoting school spirit and performing are encouraged to join us for evaluations after school on Monday, September 16 in the main gym. We anticipate performing at sports contests, pep rallies and other school and community events.

We hope to see all interested Trojans on the dance floor! Please contact Andy Reel with any questions.

Summer Field Studies Trip 2025



Parents are invited to attend an information night for juniors or seniors interested in going on the Summer Field Studies trip to Colorado in 2025! The meeting will take place Monday, September 30 at 6:30 p.m. in the theater room (Room 102). Contact Ben Reilly with any questions. Both parents and students are invited to attend.

Medications Reminder



An important email about over-the-counter and prescription medications went out to all parents on Friday. As a reminder, students needing prescription or over-the-counter medications during the school day must keep medication in the nurse's office, and the student must have the appropriate documentation on file. Trinity Club Rosary



Join the Trinity Club at our monthly rosary on Friday, September 13 at 8 a.m. at the grotto in front of the SBC (weather permitting). Rosary guides and rosaries will be available. Start your Friday off the right way! All are welcome.

Cincinnati Christian Service Retreat - Register by This Friday



Join us over Fall Break, October 14-17, for CSI Cincinnati 2024! Students will spend the week practicing Christian service, learning about Catholic Social Teaching, spending time in prayer, and living in community with their peers. The trip is open to all students, and participating will satisfy the entire Christian Service requirement for the 2024-25 school year. Interested students should submit their application no later than this Friday, September 6. Click here to apply. The cost of the trip is $350.00 per student. Girls Lacrosse Callout - NEW DATE September 13



The Bishop Chatard Girls Lacrosse callout for the Spring 2025 season is open to all athletes interested in playing lacrosse, including athletes new to the sport. Due to a schedule conflict, callouts have been moved from September 6 to September 13.

Razor Shines Weekend at Victory Field

Razor Shines is a former Bishop Chatard baseball coach who played nine seasons for the Indianapolis Indians from 1984-89 and 1991-93. In that time, the Indians won ten total championships, and he will be the first former Indian to have his number retired in their 122-year history, with his number 3 being placed alongside Jackie Robinson’s universally retired 42 on the outfield wall at Victory Field.
