Tuesday - Bible Study 10:00 AM
Join the Tuesday Bible Study group on Tuesday mornings in the Pollard Library. We start at 10:00 AM, and end prior to the Tuesday Healing Service.
We are following a 12-session study entitled "Twelve Women of the Bible: Life-Changing Stories for Women Today" and using the book and DVD of the same name. In some ways there are so many 'Marys '...it's easy to get some of them mixed up. In my youth, I thought the woman at the well was Mary Magdalene. Come to Tuesday Bible study to learn who this Mary really was. Questions? please contact Jim Rousey at james.rousey@aol.com.

This week's soup options are Broccoli Cheddar and Chicken Noodle Soup.
We have added an additional Wednesday supper, and will be serving soup on March 27th from 6:00-7:00 prior to the Holy Week offering by our choir of Sir John Stainer's "The Crucifixion" that begins at 7:00 that evening. Please plan to join us for fellowship and wonderful music.

Envisioning Committee Work Begins
The Envisioning Committee made its presentation to the Vestry this past Tuesday, and their full proposal will be made available to the parish after Easter! But the Vestry has already authorized one of the projects to begin. Beginning this weekend, the parish hall will be repainted. Our parish hall has been way overdue for some painting, and Building and Grounds has made it a priority to get the room finished before Fr Bailey’s installation service on April 13. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the painting. If you are interested, please reach out to the church office.
St Stephen’s Financial Status - March 10, 2024
Every week, we will be publishing a chart showing the Giving Vs. Expenses at St. Stephen's. We're hoping this will give everyone a clear view of our financial health. If you have any questions, please contact our bookkeeper, Rachel Durfee, CPA, at rachel@ststephensor.org.

Best Summer Ever - Ulster Project
Roger Johnson
Deb and I can vouch for the above as we and our son hosted for several years Northern Irish teenagers and a Priest*/Counselor.
This year from June 26th to July 18th you too can promote a continuing peace in Northern Ireland as we did.
The weeks are spent on trust building, understanding, tolerance, and team building through service to the community, worship services, and discovery sessions.
If you have a 13 to 16 year old please contact myself or John Hough 865-405-5929
There is no cost to participate except keeping up with the activities and upkeep of
another teen in the house. My son found this experience a great talking point
when writing essays for school admissions or job interviews early in his adulthood.
Some of you may have met Garth Bunting, also a friend of Simon Ballintoy.
