Easter Flowers

If you would like to dedicate Easter memorial flowers, here is the form  to fill out and turn in. You may place it in the collection plate or hand it to one of the ushers. The deadline for your Easter flower dedication to make it into the Easter Sunday program is Sunday, March 24th. Please try to get it in before that. The altar guild always ensures the altar and the church are beautifully decorated for Easter, and that is thanks to all of us who place Easter memorials. Thank you.

Last Sunday's Sermon

By Mother Susan

Why is Jesus talking about snakes?

Jesus is referring to that incident in the wilderness as the Israelites wandered for forty years after escaping slavery in Egypt. It didn’t take them long to start complaining, and so God sent a bunch of poisonous snakes to get their attention. Quickly realizing their mistake, they beg Moses to pray to God to make it stop. God provides a remedy through Moses’ bronze serpent on a stick, allowing those who are bitten to look on it and live.

Easter Food Cards

We are collecting donations to deliver food cards to local schools and House of Hope in lieu of meal boxes. Donations, in any amount, are welcome to help local families in need. Please bring your donations by Sunday, March 24th. If writing a check to Trinity Church, please put Easter food cards on the memo line. If donating cash, please put Easter food cards on the outside of the envelope, or let an usher know your intent. Together our resources will be pooled to ensure a Happy Easter for our community.
