Road resurfacing in the Township begins on Thursday, August 11. Resurfacing will take place between 8am and 5 pm, one lane will always be open, and the resurfaced lane can be driven on soon after it is completed.
The resurfacing is a 2-step process. The second step will take place the week of August 15.
Local roads to be resurfaced this year are:
River Bend Drive - Leonard to Cul-de-sac
River Run Drive - Leonard to Riverside Drive
Riverside Drive - River Bend to Cul-de-sac
May Street - 152nd Avenue to Carol Street
Carol Street - Pruin Road to May Street
Vine Street - Fruitport Road to the dead end
Willows Drive - Fruitport Road to Cul-de-sac
153rd Avenue - Oak Ridge Drive to Krueger Street
Briar Court - Cross Creek Drive to Cul-de-sac
Cross Creek Drive- Wildfield Lane to east end
