We are working hard to come up with workouts that are challenging but fun. We have always tried to provide a balanced competition that combines some of the traditional CrossFit movements with new and interesting implements. In true WOW fashion, Wods will not be released until December. You will have the option to change divisions 1-2 weeks after the WODs are released.
