A Message from the Principal

Congratulations Cross Country Team

All Saints participated in their first cross-country 1.8-mile race last week at Seaside Park in Bridgeport. All Saints was 1 of 7 schools represented in the race. We had 4 runners participate Cody DiIorio, Abigail Royce, Sophia O'Brien, and Devyn Smith.

Their effort, commitment, and desire to compete were most impressive. All 4 runners did extremely well and represented All Saints School with good sportsmanship.

Devyn Smith ran the race in 13:41. She came in 2nd place overall for the girls, and was the top runner in her age group, for 8th-grade, girls and was presented with a ribbon. Abigail Royce ran the race in 17:19. Abigail placed 3rd overall for 6th-grade girls and was presented with a ribbon. Sophia O'Brien ran the race in 18:46. Sophia came in 14th overall for the girls.  Cody DiIorio ran the race in 14:02. Cody came in 10th place over for the boys out of 29 runners.

This Saturday 10/15 was another success with the cross-country team. The meet took place at Tarrywile Park in Danbury. We had 3 runners represent All Saints. Riley Stewart, Caris Sylvain and Abigail Royce. With 7 schools that participated, all our runners placed. Riley Stewart came in first overall with a time of 12:09. Great job girls!

Great job! Keep working hard!

Halloween at ASCS

Get ready for the celebration! All students in grades PK- 5 may wear their Halloween costumes to school on Monday, October 31. Middle School students may choose to either wear a costume or have a " Black and Orange" Dress Down Day. Younger students who do not wear costumes may do the same. Be sure that your child’s costume is comfortable for them to wear. Costumes need to be appropriate for a Catholic School. Please: NO props, NO masks, and NO weapons.

The teachers ( grades PK - 5) will give their own small celebrations in their homerooms. The middle school party is in the dining hall. Please do not send in any treats to school unless you are specifically directed to do so by the teacher or room mothers. Please be respectful of this request.

We will have a Halloween Parade around the track this year weather permitting. Parents are invited! Time: TBA later.
