The Time To Own program is now being offered by the state of Connecticut. The program began accepting applications this week and is administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. It offers down payment assistance to low and moderate-income home buyers in the state. Read more.

Homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic can apply to the MyHomeCT program for assistance in paying their mortgage or other housing costs. The program is funded with $123 million dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act and is being administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Learn more at chfa.org/MyHomeCT.
