St. David's will host a booth at the Pride Festival.


Pride Eucharist, 6:30 p.m., Bethell Hall

St. David's will be marching this Saturday, Aug. 20, with other local Episcopal churches in the Austin Pride Parade.


There will be a Pride worship service at 6:30 p.m. in Bethell Hall before the parade. Free garage parking for the service. Validate at front desk w/ license plate info.

  • The surface lot has been partially closed
  • Scaffolding has gone up around the Historic Church
  • Church furnishings and the old organ console have been removed
  • The triptych paintings above the altar have been stored safely
  • Grace Chapel furnishings and carpet have been removed
  • Historic tile was found under the carpet!

Join Director of Music, Bethell Hall, Mark Wischkaemper in Crail C as we explore the history of singing in church and learn (or refresh) what all those dots and lines on a page of music mean. We’ll talk about the development of congregational music in church and how to use the rich liturgical tool that is the Hymnal 1982, and get into some basics of sight-reading so you will feel more comfortable making a joyful noise unto the Lord every Sunday.

Led by Pastor Angela, this retreat is a chance for women of the parish to get away for rest, relaxation, and fellowship.
