STUDENT EMAIL ACCESS

As of this past Monday, October 3, students are no longer able to utilize the Gmail forwarding feature to access their student emails. All student email accounts must be accessed through Outlook.com. Students can also install the Outlook app to their phones and use it to check their email if they do not wish to use a web browser. After installation, students will be asked to enter their school email address and password. If prompted for extra security questions to complete the setup, students can enroll in two-step authentication or choose to skip. Students can go to the Tech Support Office for assistance before school (between 7 a.m. and 8:25 a.m.), during Lunch, or after school (until 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, until 4 p.m. on Fridays).

CHALLENGE SUCCESS SURVEY

Attention parents/guardians: As previously announced, your feedback is requested through the Stanford Survey of Adolescent School Experiences as part of the process we are embarking on this school year with Challenge Success. Please be sure to complete the survey by next Friday, October 14 if you have not done so already.

This anonymous, online survey measures perspectives on homework, extracurricular activities, sleep, physical health, stress, parent expectations, academic engagement, academic integrity, and teacher support. The survey will help OCSA’s Challenge Success Task Force identify areas of focus to better support our students’ well-being and overall school experience. Students, faculty, and staff will be completing this survey on campus; however, insight from our parent community is also highly important. Thank you in advance for your support and feedback!

FIRST PSO GENERAL MEETING
