CREWNY CARES: For 2022, our CREWNY CARES series will consist of "Content Corner" and "Career Enhancement" programs. This series focuses on our members and their careers, covering various professional and leadership development, education and business-building topics designed to support and advance your success.

 

Connections Events provides the tools, skills and opportunities to build better business relationships among our members and allows you to get to know your CREWNY colleagues by featuring a member at each event.


  • Oct 20, 2022, 8:30 - 10:00 AM - This event will be held at Langan at 360 W. 31st Street on the 8th Floor. Your host will supply wine and drinks, with members covering the cost of their meals. You don't want to miss this amazing opportunity to discuss your business needs and get better acquainted over dinner with a small group of CREWNY colleagues to ensure inclusion and engagement.


  • The Connections series continues in the fall by resuming its morning discussions on business opportunities and connections. Please stay tuned for details on the next Connections events on Nov 17.


Member Mondays:

  • Our successful “Member Mondays,” which profiles a different CREWNY member each Monday on social media and our website, is off this summer but will resume after Labor Day. If you are interested in being featured, please email Barbara E.   • A new "Tell us Tuesday" will also launch on social media in the fall


Bridge to Member Inclusion is a CREWNY program launched in 2022 to engender greater inclusion and engagement of our new and existing members within the CREWNY community. We are excited to provide details on how you can become more active and derive greater value from your membership.

For much of history, women have been forced to occupy a position one notch lower than that of men. This is very apparent when you look at old photographs of academicians and professionals posing in groups—class pictures, associations, companies, offices, clubs, courts, government bodies and political movements. An overwhelming majority of these groups were all male. But sometimes you can espy a single woman sneaking in from behind.
