Tell us about your professional background and roles you’ve held prior to joining AireSpring.
I am known as a performance-oriented sales leader offering an exceptional record of achievement over a 26-year career. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Telegration, Inc. (now AppDirect), I was directly responsible for developing all direct and channel sales strategies as well as providing support implementation for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology solutions distributors (TSDs), managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VARs), and trusted advisors. I have held various roles throughout my career, most notably as Strategic Account Manager at US Signal, Sales Director for Everstream Solutions, and Major Account Executive – Enterprise Sales at Windstream, where I further executed sales strategies, deepened my broad range of product expertise, and developed relationships with partners and customers across the Midwest. Before joining AireSpring, I served as Regional Sales Director at Cato Networks. Overall, I have an ongoing passion for technology and the enhancements they bring. The next topic I plan to dive into is AI / Machine Learning.
Tell us about your role and goals as a CM at AireSpring.
As a channel manager for the Michigan region, my goals are to deepen relationships and collaborate with partners, recruit new partners, and build a partner base across the country. I specialize in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends and revenue opportunities, and it is my goal to apply those skills to my role here at AireSpring. It is also my goal to help AireSpring grow by continuously monitoring competitors and research market conditions to stay responsive and successful in dynamic environments.
What do you like about working at AireSpring/What attracted you to AireSpring?
What really sold me on working at AireSpring were the people, and the fact that the company is family-owned and debt-free as well as forward-thinking. There is also plenty of room to grow within the organization. The reputation of the company throughout the industry is stellar and I love the fact that the owners are very hands-on and involved in daily operations.
Tell us about your hobbies outside of work.
Outside of work, my hobbies are working out, studying health and wellness, traveling, watching sports, inspiring others, and reading. I am all about my family and investing in their dreams and goals and teaching my sons how to be creative thinkers. Never stop learning; be a leader!
